Do I need to already own a De Mairo product?

You must have an eligible Creator Program product verified before your Creator partnership becomes active. Existing customers can provide previous qualifying order information. New applicants can purchase an eligible product after their application is reviewed.

Do I need a large social-media following?

No. We value genuine relevance and trust, not simply follower numbers. Artists, educators, workshop instructors and smaller engaged creative communities are welcome to apply.

How much commission can I earn?

The current program offers a 20% Creator commission rate on qualified eligible new-customer purchases and a 10% rate on qualifying returning-customer purchases attributed through Shopify Collabs.

Does my commission pay for my customer's discount?

No. Creator customer discounts and eligible subscriber benefits are promotional incentives funded separately by De Mairo.

Do tax and shipping earn commission?

No. Commission applies to eligible Creator Program merchandise. Taxes, shipping charges, duties and other non-product charges do not earn commission.

What if my customer does not use my personal link?

If the customer uses your assigned Creator discount code on an eligible purchase, Shopify Collabs can still attribute the order to your Creator account.

What if they use neither my link nor my code?

Shopify Collabs must be able to identify the applicable referral. If no supported tracking method identifies you as the referring Creator, the order may not be credited to your account.

How do I earn my qualifying purchase back?

Generate 10 qualified sales of the same eligible product or qualifying variant connected to your original Creator purchase. After those sales clear the applicable validation period, you become eligible for the Earn-Back reward.

Do I need to hold inventory?

No. Customers purchase directly from De Mairo. We handle inventory, checkout, packing, shipping and order-related customer service.

Why is there a 30-day holding period?

It allows time for cancellations, refunds, eligible returns and other order adjustments before an eligible commission becomes finalized.

Does De Mairo receive my banking information?

No. Your payout information is configured through Shopify's Creator payout system. De Mairo does not receive or store your personal bank-account details.

Can international Creators apply?
