Do I need a large social-media following?
No. We look for genuine relevance, artistic interest and the ability to connect authentically with an art or creative community. Follower count alone does not determine acceptance.
Do I need to purchase a De Mairo product?
Yes. The Creator Program is designed around genuine product experience. Approved creators must purchase or have an eligible qualifying De Mairo purchase verified before activation.
How much commission do Creators earn?
The current program provides 20% commission on qualified tracked purchases from new customers and 10% on qualifying tracked returning-customer purchases, subject to the program's attribution and commission rules.
What discount does my community receive?
Your personal Creator benefit provides 5% off for eligible customers and is limited to one use per customer. Eligible new subscribers may also receive an additional 5% first-order subscriber benefit, for up to 10% total first-order savings where discount-combination rules permit.
Can I promote products other than the one I purchased?
Yes. Once your Creator account is active, you can introduce your community to eligible De Mairo products across the program.
How does the Earn-Back milestone work?
Your personal Earn-Back Goal is ten times the eligible value of your qualifying purchase. Once qualified referral revenue reaches that goal and applicable orders have cleared the program's validation period, you become eligible for an Earn-Back reward equal to the eligible qualifying product value.
Do I have to pack or ship customer orders?
No. Customers order directly from De Mairo. We manage inventory, checkout, fulfillment, shipping and customer service.
How do Creator payouts work?
Eligible commissions are tracked through Shopify Collabs. Creators set up their own payout information with Shopify and can view referral and commission information through their Creator account.
What is Gold Creator status?
Creators who reach 100 qualified sales may become De Mairo Gold Creators and become eligible for additional opportunities such as complimentary product drops, selected new-product access and special collaborations.
Can anyone apply?
Applications are open to relevant artists, educators and creators, but participation is subject to De Mairo approval. Applying does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
