Commission and reimbursement are separate benefits. You continue earning eligible Creator commission while working toward reimbursement. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or self-referral orders do not count.

Once your Creator account is activated, you receive a personal De Mairo Creator link and your own Creator discount code. You can share whichever is easiest for your audience.

If someone hears about De Mairo from you without clicking your link, they can enter your Creator code when purchasing eligible products.

Your Customer Does Not Need to Use Both.

Your Creator link and Creator code give customers two convenient ways to connect a qualifying purchase to you.

Customer Uses Your Link Shopify Collabs can use your Creator link to attribute a qualifying purchase to your Creator relationship.
Customer Uses Your Code If they did not use your link, using your assigned Creator code on an eligible purchase can also connect the order to you.
You do not need to ask customers to use both the link and the code. A qualifying order must still be successfully attributed through Shopify Collabs and meet the De Mairo Creator Program terms. If neither your Creator link, Creator code nor another supported attribution method connects the order to you, the purchase may not be credited.

Clear Answers Before You Begin.

Do I get access to every Creator product?

No. Creator access is category-based. You earn commission only from eligible products inside the Creator Categories you have personally qualified for and activated.

When do I purchase my qualifying product?

Apply first. De Mairo reviews your application. If you are invited to continue, you then make an eligible purchase from your selected category or verify a qualifying De Mairo product you already own. Once verified, that category can be activated.

What if I already purchased from De Mairo?

You can provide your previous order number and the email used at checkout. We will review whether your previous purchase qualifies for the Creator Category you selected.

Can I activate more than one Creator Category?

Yes. Each category requires its own qualifying purchase. You can activate another category later if you decide you want to promote additional De Mairo products.

Does my customer have to use both my link and my code?

No. Your personal Creator link and Creator code are two different ways for a qualifying purchase to be connected to you.

A customer can shop through your link, or they can use your assigned Creator code. They do not need to use both on the same order.

What if my customer doesn't use my link?

If they use your assigned Creator code on an eligible purchase, the order can still be connected to you through Shopify Collabs.

For qualifying returning customers within the 90-day Creator period, De Mairo may also review available order and referral information when automatic Shopify Collabs attribution is not available.

If a purchase cannot reasonably be connected to your Creator relationship, it may not qualify for commission.

How much commission can I earn?

Creators currently earn 20% commission on qualifying new-customer purchases.

Creators may also earn 10% commission on qualifying returning-customer purchases made within 90 days of that customer's first qualifying purchase attributed to the same Creator.

How does the 90-day returning-customer commission work?

When a customer's first qualifying purchase is successfully attributed to you, a 90-day returning-customer period begins from the date of that purchase.

During those 90 days, you may earn 10% Creator commission on that customer's additional qualifying purchases of eligible products inside the Creator Categories activated for you.

Shopify Collabs may not automatically identify every returning purchase during this period. Where automatic attribution is not available, De Mairo may review available order, customer and referral information and manually credit the qualifying commission when the Creator relationship can reasonably be verified.

Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, self-referral or otherwise non-qualifying orders do not earn returning-customer commission.

What discount does my audience receive?

Your Creator code can provide 5% off eligible products included in the Creator Categories activated for you.

Can a new subscriber receive another 5%?

Yes. Eligible first-time subscribers may receive an additional 5% first-order subscriber offer where available.

The Creator discount and subscriber offer are separate promotions and are subject to the applicable Shopify discount settings.

What does “Sell 10. Get Reimbursed.” mean?

Your reimbursement milestone is tied to the qualifying product you personally purchased.

After 10 qualified customer orders of that same qualifying product clear the required validation period, you may become eligible for reimbursement of the eligible qualifying product purchase amount.

Creator commission earned from those sales is separate from the reimbursement benefit.

Do I need my own Shopify store?

No. You do not need to operate a Shopify store. Approved Creators use Shopify Collabs for their Creator relationship.

Can international artists apply?

Yes. International Creators may apply where De Mairo can serve the market and supported Shopify Collabs Creator payout services are available.

Do I need a large social following?

No. We are interested in genuine artists, educators, specialists and creative communities. Trust, relevant artistic experience and the right audience matter more than follower count alone.

Can I earn commission from my own order?

No. Self-referrals and other non-qualifying activity are not eligible for Creator commission or reimbursement milestones.
